- What are your goals?
- What does success in 90 days look like?
- Any medical issues or dietary restrictions that might affect your exercises.
- What exercises or fitness modalities have you done in your past that you enjoyed and what did you not?
- What personal limitations (schedule, work, family, etc) might you have?
Another question we like to ask all of our training clients is, "What is your "Super Why?" We want to know what was the final push you needed to get started? We're here for you and we want to make sure we do everything we can do to help.
