Membership Change Request

We understand during this time you may need to make changes to your membership without being able to visit one of our locations. For a limited time we are allowing certain changes to be completed digitally.

*Only Primary Membership Members can request changes to a membership. 

*All membership changes will take effect on the first day of the next month.

Sky offers multiple freeze options to help fit your needs. Please note that all of Sky's options have length limits and may have a small monthly fee applied to maintain the freeze status. All freezes will take effect the first day of the next month, you are responsible for this month's dues.

Additionally all freezes require end dates, help us best serve by selecting your desired length of freeze. 

Sky's memberships are Month-to-Month and we never charge a cancellation fee. Completion of this form will cancel your membership on the final day of the current month. You will be responsible for your membership dues this month. 

Most other membership changes require you to be in-person at a Sky location. If you can help us by providing a short explanation of what change you need to make to your membership we will be able to help by directing you to the right Sky Team Member.
