SKY'S 4TH ANNUAL LEAN BODY CHALLENGE 

THE MEMBER-FAVORITE CHALLENGE IS BACK!

 

Join us for a 30-day, semi self-directed program for anyone needing a fun, motivating tool to reduce overall body fat percentage. This social-distance-friendly challenge is an excellent motivator for you to reach your goals and stay safe! But don't worry - you're not alone in this challenge! Enrollment is just $15, and there are PRIZES to the male and female that lose the highest body fat percentage!

Members that lose the most body fat percentage points are eligible for monetary prizes and recognition on Sky's social media platforms.

REQUIRED: Participants MUST attend the posted INITIAL and FINAL body composition analysis sessions. Session days and times may not be adjusted.

Monday, September 14th – 7:00am – 11:00am, 4:00pm – 8:00pm

 

Mid-Program Assessment

Recommended, but not required.

Saturday, September 26th – 9:00am – 12:00pm

Sunday, September 27th – 2:00pm – 5:00pm

 

Exit Assessments

Required. 

Monday, October 12th – 8:00am – 12:00pm; 4:00pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday, October 13th – 8:00am -12:00pm; 4:00pm - 7:00pm
