THE WORKOUTS

All fitness levels are welcome and groups generally consist of 4 to 6 members. Any man who wants to transform his body by training hard and eating smart is invited to join /karv/. Trainers will ensure each person is challenged while they are also made to feel comfortable working in a group environment. The sessions are instructive, interactive, challenging and often fast-paced.
