WHY CHOOSE STrong?

STRONG is a three week, co-ed strength and conditioning program. If your goal is to be athletic, strong, lean and fit, STRONG is the program for you. Expect to achieve muscular strength gains, stamina gains, increased lean muscle mass and reduced body fat in a supportive atmosphere of like-minded people. We will need to record your pre-program lift weights early so be sure to sign-up as soon as possible so we can meet with you to get those numbers that will allow us to personalize your workouts.

THE WORKOUTS

STRONG workouts are scientifically designed for those who already workout regularly but need to push for the next level. There are no guesses with STRONG. Everything you do has a purpose and every number is important to your progress. Groups generally consist of 4 to 6 members. Those who want to create a strong, athletic body by training hard and challenging themselves are ideal for STRONG. Workouts will be personalized so that each participant is working at their own level to produce optimal strength and conditioning results. Trainers will insure each person is challenged while they are also made to feel comfortable working in a group environment. The sessions are instructive, interactive, challenging and often fast-paced.

  • Additional Strength and Core Workouts To Complete On Your Own
  • Pre-Program entry lift assessment (Jan. 4, 5, 6, 7)
  • Post-Program exit lift assessment (Jan. 25, 26, 27)
