Our Can't Touch This: Class Group Fitness Series is heating up! Round 1 was Old-School Step. Now it's time to step into the ring with IFBA World Champion, Black Belt and Group Fitness Instructor, Hannah Hummel for Round 2: Boxing Basics.

This 4-week Progressive Boxing Basics Class will have you start like a novice and finish like a PRO. There you are -- sporting your new Lemony-Lu garb and fabulous swoosh footwear you just know is going to make you as fast as… as strong as… as sexy as… “Oh S-H-I-Tut, I made it to the top of the stairs, now what?!”

Everybody has been there. You look ready. You feel ready. Then, you gaze around the training floor, absorbing the shiny, irony, tortury, machiney, thingys like a confused newborn trying to compute her parent’s googly eyes and giddy coos. Yoga Room Renovations Coming in December at Sky of Midtown

As we head into a new year, we feel it is time for a new vibe for our Yoga Studio at Sky of Midtown. We are excited for the updates coming within the next 2 weeks and think you will like the new feel we are about to have going on.

This studio will have new aesthetics, from lighting and storage, all the way to a new scent.

These renovations are scheduled to begin on December 11 and finish on December 13. Please check the Group Fitness schedule for modified classes in Studio 1.
