Fall Into Group Fitness

The weather isn’t the only thing that’s transitioning in Tulsa; the Group Fitness program at Sky is shifting gears for the fall. Not only have we revamped our schedule with new instructors, class formats and times, but we’re also bringing some new features to our programs that are sure to help you reach the next level of your fitness.

The fall schedule rolls out this week, beginning on September 6. Make sure you check the Sky App or the online schedule before coming to your regular classes.

Facebook and social media are the marketing platforms of today and Sky's Group Fitness is jumping on the train! You can expect to see Group Fitness Special Events, (posted and shared by your beloved instructors) and promoted both online and in-house. Be on the lookout for our Facebook Live teasers and short technique tutorials broadcasted on our social media. Fall is the time to get back into the routine of life and we want to help you incorporate Group Fitness classes into that routine.

Our first major event will be a Les Mills Launch Week, including new moves and new music in BodyPump and BodyCombat, the week of October 3. Along with an exciting week of the new music and moves we will also be running a technique campaign, which will consist of video tutorials that break down the key moves of a BodyPump class. Following the launch campaign, both Sky locations will hold an open BodyPump Technique class, where you can work on honing your skills, because we've found that learning correct execution can be a game changer in overall body transformation. Technique classes are taught hands-on, and break down technique while you work to perfect your moves under the watchful direction of Sky instructors. We will continue our technique video and class campaign throughout the month of October and feature different formats each week. It’s time to get the most out of each workout by making form and technique the priority!
