If you prefer the camaraderie of working out with old and new friends accompanied by motivating music under the supervision of a knowledgeable and caring leader, then Group Fitness is for you.

From active intensity to peaceful tranquility, the right group fitness class is waiting for you at Sky. With over 50 classes per week including dance, Pilates and yoga as well as more traditional aerobics, you’ll find the variety and balance you need.

Visit any or all of our 4 group fitness studios.

  • Our main studio, with air-suspended flooring, is filled with energy and variety.
  • Our specially designed yoga studio incorporates bamboo flooring and an adjacent Zen Garden for tranquil outdoor yoga practice.
  • A dedicated Pilates studio that allows for personalized and focused instruction.
  • Indoor cycling studio features programs and bikes

Group Fitness Instructors

All Sky group fitness instructors have either an ACE (American Council on Exercise) or AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certification and are required to complete ongoing training and skill development.

Schedules and Rates

All group fitness classes are included in your membership. Please obtain a current schedule at the Member’s Services Desk or at the Event Board.

There is a fee for Pilates Allegro Private and Small Group training. Rates and schedules are available from our Member’s Services Desk or call our coordinator at 918.299.5500.
