Body Transformation for women

Bombshell is a five-week body transformation program for women that blends nutrition and exercise for a lean, toned physique. You’ll workout with a Private Trainer in a small group setting three times per week and will complete three additional workouts on your own. You will also follow a meal plan to ensure optimal results.

THE WORKOUTS

The Bombshell program is divided into phases.  As the phases progress, so do the results you will earn. Each session will target a specific muscle group or body part.  These workouts are paired with a bi-weekly meal plan and substitution list. Your Private Trainer will be there every step of the way for motivation and support to ensure your optimal success in your body transformation.
